Snow removal plans the council confirmed with Excel Property Management February 2, 2010. (A similar plan should be in place for the Bethany Bay HOA which is responsible for Fairway Boulevard and the section of Pettinaro Drive from the circle to Harbor Drive).

Pointe Snow Removal Plans

Snow removal will begin if/when accumulation reaches 3".

Pointe would expect the street is plowed one width deep and that a path is cleared from the street to the first three feet of sidewalk leading to each pod.

Each unit owner is responsible for clearing, if they need, from the sidewalk to their front door, including steps and decks if applicable; as well as parking spaces and garages.

Association will have contractor clear a path from the street, to the common area mailboxes and trash disposal area, with ice melt if needed for safety.

All owners should be prepared for inclement weather, and recognize that snow removal and salt/ice melt will be done as possible after the 3" level is met, and that availability of snow removal resources are not fully under the control of Pointe or Excel.

Anticipating questions:

- If your unit is not being used, you do NOT need to make plans to clear the steps/walk appurtenant to your unit.

- You are responsible to maintain your interior temperature to at least 50 degrees
